New Version of Baccarat Offers Unique Playing Experience
We’re expanding our table games section with the addition of a brand-new version of baccarat. It’s Punto Banco at its finest, with multi-channel, multi-language, and multicurrency capabilities. Experience a new way to play this casino classic.
Two of the first things you’ll notice when playing are the Bead Plate and Big Road bonus features. These charts map out the results of each round with color coding, making it easy for you to see the success of each bet with a quick glance.
If you haven’t played baccarat before, the three bets on the table are: Player win, Banker win, and Tie. Essentially, the Player and Banker go head to head to see who can get the higher hand. You can also bet on them to tie. Card values are as follows:
Baccarat Card Values
Aces are worth 1 point.
Cards 2-9 have face value.
Tens, and face cards are worth 0.
Each round begins with the Banker and Player receiving two cards each. Their score will determine whether or not they draw a third card, with the Player acting first.
- Player draws another card if his score is 0-5.
- Banker draws another card if her score is 0-2 and stands if her hand is 7-9. A banker hand that falls between 3-6 may or may not take another card, depending on the Player hand. The actions are systematic and outlined in a chart below the game screen.
The payouts are even money for Player wins, and even money minus a 5% commission for Banker wins. If the two tie, and bet on the Tie, you get a 9-1 payout. The Banker’s actions are more complex than the Player’s, giving the Banker a slight edge, which is why there’s a 5% commission.
After playing your initial bets, the game runs independently. You can sit back, relax and watch the Banker and Player battle it out, collecting payouts for each accurate prediction. That’s as easy as table games get – enjoy the experience.
